Christmas has come and gone once again, and despite having bronchitis, it was a pretty good one! My family is Italian American, and Catholic at that, so Christmas Eve is a big deal for us. We do the Feast of the Seven Fishes, though to be honest, I don't think we break 5 anymore! All 17 of us (that is just my immediate family plus my nieces and nephews) gathered at my mother's house this year. I, being sick, forgot my camera, so I had to use my cell phone to capture some memories.
Christmas day was spent with my husband's family, at his mother's farmhouse in the country. This year we did a Pollyanna, which worked out really well. I got a new polarizing filter and a step up ring from by brother in law! Can't wait do try it out!
I did remember my camera on Christmas day, and with good reason, since my super awesome, amazing husband got me a Mark III!!! Here are some photos from the holiday, and also from my husbands 40th Birthday, which we celebrated on December 27th.
