Here are some of my favorite shots from the party! Enjoy!
I had the honor of photographing the first birthday party for a good friend of mine's adorable daughter. Can I just say, I love babies!! They really are just too cute and I love photographing them! Everything is a new discovery and it shows in their facial expressions and movements. And Sloane is no exception to this! From her chubby cheeks to her adorable pout, this baby is one cute patootie! Happy Birthday Sloane! Here are some of my favorite shots from the party! Enjoy!

I love my house! I especially love the deck in my backyard. And I really love it in the early morning hours, before the rest of the world really wakes up, when all you can hear are the birds chirping away.
My backyard is home to quite a few wild creatures, which is amazing since I live in the midst of suburbia. I owe it to the fact that we butt up to a tree line and a retention basin. It gives the rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, and one fat groundhog plenty of room to roam around. Oh, and the birds really like the seed mix we put in the bird feeder! We get all types of birds; goldfinches, sparrows, cardinals, blue jays, robins (and their eggs!), doves, blackbirds and even a woodpecker! It's so relaxing to sit on the deck in the morning and watch all this wildlife interact. They all seem to live in harmony with each other, only scattering when my neighbors tom cat comes around. Here are some photos I've captured of the various inhabitants of by backyard. The groundhog and the woodpecker seem to always evade my camera! Enjoy! So I know, it's been awhile since I posted. Life has just been busy lately, and when it's not, I've been exhausted. So I'm either running around, or snuggling on the sofa with one of my kitties. And thank God for those kitties! After a long day at work, a snugglefest is really what the doctor ordered. I don't know about you, but my kitties are like children to me & my husband, spoiled and pampered children!
Here are some photos of my kitties, and the other many animals in my life. Enjoy! We had a brutal winter. I don't really need to say that, because I'm sure most of you reading this experienced it in some horrible way or another. Here in southeastern Pennsylvania, it snowed almost every other week from December through March. When it wasn't snowing, it was wicked cold and windy.
So, when spring finally came, it was most welcome, to say the least! And what a spring it has been! It may just be me, but I feel as if the flowers and blooms have been especially bright and abundant this year! So, it's no wonder that I feel compelled to stop and shoot the flowers every chance I get. Here are some of my favorite blooms and blossoms so far! Enjoy! |
